Hi everybody, I'm Rich, and welcome to my channel!
I've spent my adult life living with Borderline Personality Disorder, BPD, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder, NPD. I was finally diagnosed in 2019 and have spent the last three years working through therapy, which has recently come to an end.
In my videos I share my experiences living with these conditions, and the things I've learned about how to deal with them. I've come a long way in healing, but I'm nowhere near the end of my journey.
I'm definitely not any form of medical professional, and my videos should absolutely not be used in place of actual therapy or other real help. I'm just a guy with a camera and microphone, who loves the sound of his own voice.
This has been me, awareness is everything! Now dating another who is also aware with bpd.. I do laugh it’s been two years and I have found out that relationships aren’t the high I thought they were after all! However finding another whom you can AUTHENTICALLY relate too it’s been game changer and has been very confusing! It became apparent that I have in my 42 years been truly in love and I am changing my prospectives on what love actually is! I do miss those high highs… but I know they are not sustainable! I am in a bit of a dissociative state… still getting my head around it all! But it’s been so very very valuable in my progress! We will never truly know someone’s intentions or prospectives and that’s why communication is everything! It does mean becoming your own psychologist too!! Which is getting boring now! It’s massive changes… and massive integration work!

I never considered love bombing could happen past the honeymoon phase. Better grab me a drink to process this one…
Excelent Job, best advices for people who get involved with persons with BPD and NPD, my two last relationships were with a NPD and then a BPD. Have to look for myself now.
