The Boadroom Show, a surfboard expo, is held every year at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. Shapers and surfboards company come from all over the world to showcase their new board models. The event features the legends of surfboard shaping, new board designs, and seminars on the industry. The general public is welcome and can even purchase boards on site. The 2023 show honored shaping legend, Bing Copeland, of Bing Surfboards. Companies such as Dark Arts, Channel Islands, FCS Surf, and many others were at the show with expo booths.
