Oh man she is a beauty 😍! My Dad made food trailers in the late 90's in his backyard, the ones hooked up to a vehicle. I really miss them days of helping. Bending the sheet metal in his homemade bender, learning welding, using the oxy acetylene torch etc. Got them branded by Coca-Cola, gas certification by the fire department, and sold for a handsome profit. It's my goal to make one for myself as I'm a pipe fitter/welder, and the mobile food scene is growing in S.Africa. The tour around this gorgeous truck has given me so much knowledge and switched on so many light bulbs in my head! Thanks for sharing this awesome creation👌🇿🇦
Chris Nasser absolutely smashed it in this video. It was so impressive the knowledge he shared and his insights. Well done Chris. Keep up the great work.
@@chrisnasser6353 Great video and great expertise shown in this video Chris, however there are a couple of things that came to my mind when I watched it, the first one was, how they make sure that, that huge juice dispenser is not going to fly off that table while driving? What did you do to secure it? My second question is about that awning, does it go inside an encasing when retracted? How do you prevent it from getting damaged when it is rolled in and you're driving down a highway under the rain?
Very interesting! You see these trucks all over the place but I didn't know they could be so sophisticated. Anyone doing a van conversion needs to look at this video!
I can only DREAM of renting one of these trucks much less than being able to buy one. For the time being I am a vendor and all I can afford for now is the popup canopy tent ☺️
Normally i dont like writing comments but for this tham i have to thank you so much. You really did a good job. I m in the middle of building my food truck as same as this vehicle and it helped me a lot.
Impressive operation, definitely a well thought out food retail mobile kitchen. I will keep these guys in mind when I need something like this for my business.
Loved seeing a clean ,shiny,, new truck, very cool. Always thought that this would be fun own and to operate a food truck. Also nice to know someone is capable to do the whole build all the way through just the way you want it done. Oh and they will fabricate other types of vehicles. Enjoyed it, thanks.
Wow, there is a lot of kitchen in that truck. Very interesting. I drove into town today and saw 3 great vans. Brand new Transit with temp tags, A MB Winnebago Travato and a built out Promaster XL (parked at the bank). This stuff is getting more common all the time.
This thing is a beast, im working with a handi van right now that I'm transforming into an ice cream truck , but its definitely nothing like this unit.
That would be awesome to make a food truck/camper. Depending on how permitting works, you could make money at festivals (if that ever happens again) or any kind of gathering like RTR.
Haaa Now I am hungry. Love the window for clients and the sign over it, I guess they will have the menu on the TV with pictures of the food; to make me feel hungry again, yummy looking truck.
October 2020 Great video! Phillips 66 in Contra Costa County, California is reportedly changing systems to recycle cooking grease. Ideally, this should be done in every zip code across America to prevent clogged drains after every Thanksgiving, etc. G'Day
17:22 we had lids made that fit snugly into the fryer well. We drained at first, but after a long day, the precautions of draining 300 degree oil wasn’t worth it. After the lids pack up was easy, safer, and actually leaked less.
Very interesting to see and hear how this process works from the inside. Something that wasn’t addressed in the video; how is the truck leveled once on site? I would imagine this would be an issue especially when using fryers full of boiling oil and cleanup sinks that need to drain properly. Do food trucks have a leveling system like an RV would have?
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures yeah I was checking out some of the trucks because I was interested in starting up a food truck thought I would be able to save up for 5 years and try to get as much money as I can but it wasn't enough but when I was there looking at the truck he was guiding me through telling me about every feature just as he did in the video everybody ran into some money I probably definitely would have bought it a vehicle from off him without a doubt..
@@NewJerseyOutdoorAdventures you are more than welcome my friend keep on making them videos and I'll be watching them I love them even if some of them are manufactured...😅😄😄😄😄
Great video and this truck is a fancier version of the food truck I work on with the interior layout being almost identical. Like ours, the interior looks spacious so the three of us aren't bumping into each other when we're in the weeds. I do envy the generator though. Ours is riding shotgun on a swing-out frame on the rear of the truck and that thing is LOUD but it gets the job done.
Thanks Gregory! We work with customers all over the country and offer delivery with on-site training. Feel free to reach out if I can help. Chris@vendingtrucks.com; 732-231-2032

Hi Alfredo, the juice dispenser is mounted to the countertop to avoid it from moving when the truck is in motion (aluminum square tubing). When the awning is retracting in, it is covered under a protective aluminum hood cover. The material is rated for weather/rain.
I wonder how long that generator last turned on while the truck is in full use. Also I might go to these guys when I decide to get my frest cut fruit Truck and Ramen Truck going.
Looks good But i'd say the waste water release needs a tad more protection. Imagine Driving down the street back tire shoots rock into the pvc it shatters and you spray waste water everywhere!!
I love the truck and all the features but I’d like to consider fuel emissions and lowering my carbon footprints. Does this food truck come in fully electric options instead of gas and diesel?
It is an industrial ASME, DOT-rated tank. Undermount tanks are actually safer than tanks mounted on the bank of a food truck. From a safety/spacing perspective, this tank being under the truck is no different than the vehicle fuel tank that is under the truck. Hope this helps clarify!
This is the most comprehensive food truck tour I've seen
