Lars - this is fantastic! What a wonderful addition to the many ways to walk a labyrinth. Walking a labyrinth by heart is a very practical way to reap the benefits of walking without having a physical labyrinth. Your demonstration was very clear and just the right amount of detail. The side by side of the diagram and your demonstration was excellent! thank you so much and may your journey to Chartres be full of beauty in all dimensions. I also very much enjoyed your introductory message about photography as a way of seeing and relating to the world around us. Thank you!

I've been doing an invisible meandering walk while waiting for the bus for a while now...and it feels very labyrinthal. Very grounding as I wait for the bus to get to my destination. I travel very early in the morning for work, so no one actually sees me meandering a small labyrinth walk. Yep, Walking a 3-circuit, in out out in, out in in out. That's what I do...on the pavement. It's always fun. I have my headphones in and listen to some meditation music. And it's about a 5-10 minute walk. Just enough time for my bus' arrival. The experience is excellent as it gives me a feeling of walking the labyrinth daily. It helps prepare me for my day and puts me in a relaxed, focused, and calm state...Thanks, Lars. I definitely recommend others to try walking an invisible labyrinth too.
