To all the people dreaming to get this offer from dream company . Let me tell you , Atlassian only comes in tier 1 colleges such as IIT's ,some NIT's and some state colleges such as DTU, NSUT and thier selection rate is much lower 4 out of (40). 😏. Offcampus it's very hard. Personal experience of my brother in DTU . And recession ki wajah se toh aur bhi kam krdi inhone
No not only tier 1...in 2020 they visited VIT. This time for 2023 batch placements in KIIT.

Exactly! This video will just help him earn views and money. People who get 1cr+ ctc , 2+ ctc are very few and they work very hard to reach that position. They don't see ctc breakup videos lol. People are asking him how to apply as if they'll get this hefty amount at Atlassian lol. He is smart and always makes such clickbait videos to attract innocent audience.
@@r65400 yes , and even the ones who are selected as an employee ,they have to face policitics and work pressure to get promoted to SDE. -2 and SDE-3. Atleast 3-4 years for SDE-3 and approx 6-7 to SDE-3 based on your work experience

I just hate the way these youtubers make cringy faces on their thumbnail to get views and earn money because they know that the 1 lac in hand money (SDE 1) they get from Amazon, Microsoft and other product based companies is not enough to live a luxury life or travel the world and just like that a never ending side hustle begins lol. And I see so many emotional people in the comments who are being fooled. Comments like " Thanku bhaiya so much for the help .❤❤❤😭😭 Please prepare a roadmap bhaiya please " irritate me a lot. They are just wasting their time.

Hi sir I have doubt related to my career first I don't know btech before writing eamcet in telangana I wrote eamcet become all my friends are writing I wrote eamcet in 2021 I qualify in it and my brother's tell me if you take btech cse u can job easily with good package so I decided to do BTech but because of some financial reasons I can not join btech I join bsc computer science and it college is not good teachers not come in our college we have to study own so recently google put internship notification as software engineer bsc students also eligible for that so should I prepare for jee mains or Google internship now all big product base companies allow bsc cs students in off campus so what to choose jee mains or Google internship or both or prepare for a good government job please reply me sir

Hi guys. He was mentioning other competing offers for sde 3 which got me to wondering, are there really other companies which pay this much to software engineers? Also, can someone point me towards a subreddit or something where I can get advice from people? You could say I'm looking for a mentor.(I'm still new to this field so pardon my ignorance)
Yup...most of the FAANG companies offer that kind of salary... however the info in the video is kind of misleading as the stocks you get are amorttized over 4 years. For atlassian the distribution is usually 25% 25% 25% 25% over 4 year. So the annual CTC comes up to fixed + j.b + p.b +stocks×.25.

As per my knowledge Atlassian doesn't hire male candidates for SDE1 roles through off campus. Maybe u need to contact Recruiter to get an opportunity.
