What you explained it vesting schedule which is applicable to RSU and ESOPs. I think main difference is RSU are ZERO grant value and you have to exercise them on vesting. Taxes will be automatically deducted from the proceeds and remaining amount is given to you.
Please cover service based companies like TCS, Infosys as well!
In service based companies, salaries are less hence focus should be more on product based companies.

Guys please be informed that there are more number of people not getting 10/12 also, forget about 45/12, that too even after 10 years of descent work experience.
but CTC is per year derived hota hai na if 30 LPA CTC so every year bonus me add on hoga na like 1st year 30 LPA CTC, 2nd year after appraisal 35 LPA CTC please correct me if did not happen

Didi I am in 2nd year but still didn't learn dsa I learnt how to use java and python. I know arrays,(but not recursion) some what linked list. Bas itna he aata hai mere college mein 85% criteria hai but I don't like bunking class so never do so. But I have maintained a cgpa of 9.3. Can I get internship or should I focus on improvement of my coding skills.

Q1. How can I apply for SDE 1 position at Amazon or any other company?
Q2. Will they consider me as experienced one or a Fresher ? (as I don't have any coding experience in my job)
DSA is not required for service based companies??

For most of the cases, the company will train you with the skills required by your job profile.
Eg: In my company i.e. Capgemini, they hired for two profiles. One for Database profile and those were trained in Oracle Database. And the other as Software Developer, but those people were not extensively trained in DSA. Just an overview / revision was given to them. Also, they were asked questions on DSA in their interviews. While the Database ones were asked just basics of coding in interview. Though we don't have any work related to coding... 😅
