  • In this video I share an automation process to get Microsoft Forms Submissions, which include documents submitted via the form, and create SharePoint List entries with the documents included as attachments.
This process uses Group Forms and the Power Automate flow relies on the SharePoint connectors and not the One Drive for Business connectors.
In Part II, upcoming, I will build a Power App that allows a team to manage the applications.

Many thanks for this. There's one problem though. My flow produces for each submission two records in the SharePoint List. Do you know what could be the reason for this?

Resolved. I had two flows running in parallel.

My flow keeps failing at the get file content action. I followed all the steps, what could be causing the failure?

If you do not have the trailing slash at the end of the shared documents/*/*/*/ or whatever it fails.
