perhaps the bigger the bottle will give more pressure when water moves to each openings..... ask engineer nearby yr home whether the bigger the bottle will increase more pressure perhaps can make the pipe longer for your garden

Why not just install micro-irrigation nozzles with 1/4 tubing connected to the pipe if you want to minimize water use? The manufacturer rates nozzles in gallons per hour or gallons per minute. You can also precisely monitor water flow with a meter and 2-wire pulse counter to track flow on each zone when using a DC or AC irrigation system..

It must be a pump, otherwise that bottle would have had zero effect because supply water doesn't have pressure fluctuations.
