This chap is totally a legend. Genuine seller on Ebay with beautiful vintage timepieces. I am actually looking at the 1983 citizen ani digi you have for sale. Keep up the excellent work restoring and bringing them back to their glory days. Happy 2024 my friend.
I also have a Combo F1! Found it at a local fleamarket for really cheap. It seems quite rare, do you know how rare this one is? I can't seem to find much information on the web. Thanks!
They are fairly rare. If it's running, that's extremely rare. I see them come up for sale occasionally, but they are usually not running with broken displays. I've gotten pretty good at repairing the circuit boards and can usually find displays, new and unopened. I like to add color gels to liven them up a bit, even though they don't really need it. I currently have two Combo F1s in my collection. :)
@@UnwindTimeVintageWatchMuseum mine runs perfectly luckily! It seems to have had the glas replaced fairly recently as its scratch free, the case has a few marks but nothing bad. A new battery was all it needed. These colors look really nice I must say! Thanks for the information, I was really irritated to only find two advertisments (at the time i got it a few months ago) and nothing more, so it's nice to see your videos featuring them!
@@UnwindTimeVintageWatchMuseum I found two: an italian one and an English one, both with the ana digi temp besides it (the Italian one also has the voice memo besides the other two) For me they both come up at the top when I google image search "Citizen f1 Combo"
