    for most people the most common error by far is to focus on high knees.
    also a common error is too much focus on upright running mechanics instead of acceleration.

      Yeah, I seriously wonder what it is with the differences. Is it CNS, articulation, fast twitch fibers, what? There is definitely a difference on some level. Although, it maybe a matter of numbers in the pool to choose from - maybe just as a % there is a lot more Africans with this ability than in any other group of people to draw from. Any thoughts on this observation?

      but im black and ran 11.61 naturally then after a year of form correcting dropped to 10.59

    This video is trash. You can wrap tape around the arms of faster sprinters and they still run faster than a guy with full use. This guy never brings up rate of force development or ground reaction force which is the only things that actually matter.

      Pretty difficult to start with arms tied around you. Just trying to give some information on how people lose the ability to create force rapidly and proper ground reaction. Those are obviously critical but how they are generated and sometimes understanding how they are not generated is also equally important..
