Hey, great points!!. Brand story telling is ongoing. It can be a day in the life of those that use the products and services of the brand. Good brands let those in the stories shine thought with a narrative that aligns to the brand values, and personality for example. This narrative is played out or told on multiple platforms further enriching the experience. The "Founders Story" does have a place in the overall realm of brand story telling but it should have to be discovered and not pushed into peoples faces.

I would like to create brand documentary about a luxury hat company. my character is a photographer who is addicted to wearing luxury hats. I wanted to tell her story as a photographer, her journey and then also showcasing her style, why she cannot live without her hats, when going out. does this have some potential?
This idea has great potential! Telling her story as a photographer with a passion for luxury hats could emotionally connect with your audience while showcasing the brand’s lifestyle appeal.
