The only lady on this list that has a decent networth is Halle and she is not even black but biracial. If we aren't okay with biracials replacing us in films, we need to stop calling these types black. I was very disappointed in Halle for doing monsters ball. It was very degrading. Sad that the first black woman to win an oscar achieved it by doing light porn. It is quite obvious that women of color have more melanin in our skin that is an added plus to ward off wrinkles, but we can still get skin cancer and other facial issues depending on lifestyle and heritage. If you take good care of your skin by starting in the late teens years and don't abuse the elements (sun), smoke, consume lots of alcohol, and don't take recreational drugs, it can pay off in the long run.
I'll be 64 in this next year, have no crows feet, no acne issues, a few frown lines, and have used a daily regimen of Clinique products since 1989 and am happy with the outcome. Of course, if you have good bones from your mother or father's side, that’s a big plus too; my mom had no wrinkles when she passed at 72. Remove your makeup at night and drink lots of water..it helps😊😊

My mom told me and my 5 sisters at a very young age to never wear makeup. It destroys the skin. My mom passed away at 58 and had the smooth skin of someone in their 20s. All she used was Noxema and Pond's cold cream. I'm 53 now and that's all I've been using on my face since 11 and my skin looks like I'm in my 20s/30s. Young folks always think I'm their age. I never wear makeup. I love my beautiful plain face. 🤗

I have been following Angela Bassett since the 90's. Since she played Tina Turner, I wanted her to get an Oscar, but her Golden Globe was good. She is a phenomenal actress and so beautiful. I am glad that now she is getting the recognition that she deserves. I am still waiting for the Oscar though.
