Nick advicating for keepy uppy in the Olympics today has to be one of the best moment in the 250 episodes. It was certainly 7 year-olds favorite 😂
NICK, love the section about swimming and hope you see this. The swimming pool thing is real, but not in the way you think. It was the deepness, not the length. The pool was measured deeper than normal olympic pools. In swimming, the deeper the pool the smoother the surface of the water, meaning you can glide MUCH faster. Infact, back in 2008 there was a study done on phelps record, and how if the pool was normaly regulation size, he almost certainly would have lost the 100fly.

First time I actually completely disagree with Nick 😂. The different strokes in swimming are very unique in regards to muscles/ techniques used plus what rules apply. I'd compare it more to track/field high jump/ long jump or the different gymnastics events. Bolt had the option to run all the longer distance events, but he was only the GOAT at short distances. Phelps could do all strokes, all distances. He won gold in 4 straight Olympics in the 200 IM (Individual medly). This is the dopest event in swimming where the athletes swim all 4 strokes in one race. If Bolt was setting records in the 100m 1500m and pole vault, you'd have an argument.
Lets be real, Lamar gets sick so much because he doesn't vaccinate/believe in modern medicine 😅

Thank you for taking that shot at different swimming strokes/disciplines. Swimming is so overrated simply because there's so many different events. It should just be freestyle. Michael Phelps is the most overrated athlete of all-time simply because he's won so many medals doing all these different strokes and lengths and relays. It's ridiculous. Bolt is the greatest athlete of this century, not Phelps.
highly recommend you goto PT and start some weight training - at least skip the try out, that will make it worse!!!
