The scene where Lebron wins his first ring for the Cavs touched me to the core (no drizzy) and genuinely had me in tears. Mannnn he shoulda won that DPOY… they stole that from him. He was way more versatile on defense compared to Marc. LeBron could guard the 1-4 while Gasol was more limited. Gasol was a great interior defender but wasn’t as versatile.

I am now at the point in the video where I am just so angry and pissed that, since I was born in 2005, I didn't get to see prime lebron. I have only been a serious NBA fan since his lakers tenure began and the footage I am seeing here is absolutely nuts. I cannot even imagine another player who is so well rounded and explosive in a similar fashion as lebron was.
Damn kid. I read stuff like this and I reminds me that I was born in the greatest 8 year span in human history. (1986-1994) I turned 14 in 2005. I feel extremely lucky to have seen LeBron play live in his rookie season. In 6th grade LeBron and the Cavs came to Dallas for a regular season game and my mom got my brother and I tickets. (For whatever reason my mom had a Mavs ticket plug at her job) LeBron got a steal and a fast break dunk and wowed the crowd. It’s a memory I’ll never forget.
Born in 2002 myself and unfortunately missed the first 6-7 years of his career. Putting this video together and seeing what he did in those years amazed me
