    You are helping me very much My son is in addiction and I have catastrophic thinking the fears and worries can consume me as if his addiction has become mine . Mindfulness is becoming my lifesaver

    I wonder if I'm doing the "sitting in my emotions" right... is there a right and wrong? If I feel some sort of way, I sit.. close my eyes and kinda talk about what I'm feeling and why.. sometimes there is no why.. but I don't always feel better after.. does that mean I'm doing it wrong?

      There is always a why. You just have to sit with it. Use the 5 journal to help unpack it
