Japenese Stationary are the best. I grew up using Pilot ballpen (elementary and high school). Then college, I discovered Pilot G tec pens. Now that I'm old, I discovered the joy of fountain pens. And again I started with a Pilot Kakuno. Pilot makes one of the best writing instruments. I also have a Platinum fountain pen and a Sailor fountain pen. I know I've tried other Japanese pens, but majority I use is the Pilot brand.
One of my college professors would have a super difficult question mixed in his trivia occasionally. The prize for getting it right first would be his prize pilot pen.

LOL. My carefully calculated JetPens order was $35.30 :) To be honest, JetPens has some great prices, and then lots of overpriced items. I suggest doing some research before confirming an order, both to ascertain fair price-points, and to determine of an item is overhyped.
While I do enjoy me some JetPens videos, gotta say, I'm a big fan of this kind of broader product coverage vids, because it exposes me to so much more. Even though I may not get everything, tempting as it may be, it's still oddly satisfying to see it displayed. I think I like knowing what's available should I need it and/or want it, after finally giving in to my stationery weakness. Lookin' at you 0.28mm Uni-Jetstream ballpoint pen...and I'm not even big on ball points. Lol, anyway, my product leering aside, thanks for posting.
My work is into digital and computational architecture. Lots of time spend in front of computer screen. But honestly when doing research I find the joy when using these Japanese stationaries, which makes me keep doing manual note taking or drafting.
I have a 15-color set of Zebra Midliners! The ink is so pretty, and the flow is great! I also have one of those brush pens that you can fill with water; it goes great with watercolor pencils!
I love JetPens! I totally agree that Japanese stationery products are great! The video was correct about “even inexpensive items are well made”! Totally true!!
