We are very similar, our 1st home is help to buy. We sold this house in February 2022 and had our offer accepted on the house we are buying in April. Our buyer has no chain and the house we're buying has no chain. We still have no exchange date & it's almost September! It's so stressful , It's been 5 months so far but 7 months for our buyer!
Oh my goodness so very very similar! It’s horrific waiting, I cross everything that you get an exchange date soon, especially so you can settle for Christmas! X
