I hate to break it to you, but this song is pretty ass. I absolutely love it, but it's really self absorbed and repetitive. There's actually better stuff being made nowadays, not just compared to this but in general. You just remember the good stuff more than the bad stuff and then compare it to the bad stuff nowadays.

No idea when it came out, never heard these guys before I fell over this but it is so much how I feel every day I feel like I know them all personally. Sure it's 'self-absorbed', but then he's singing about himself, taking you into his world, showing live reflected in the circus mirrors in his head.
