I recently bought an old Miraphone Eb tuba, a model 183 with 4 valves 😊 About the same age as my BBb-tuba 186. So now I have more possibilities 😊

Это фантастика, я бы хотел спросить пару советов, когда на легато играю, ноты не всегда звучат отчётливо, это из за дыхания?
Everything is about breathing. When you play Legato, think like a trombone player. He need to focus very clear on the Legato playing. Always follow the phrase with your breathing 😊

Toll gespielt, man hört aber einen klanglichen und intonatorischen Unterschied. Dahingehend ist Herr Baadsvik noch um Längen besser!
Das war ja auch nicht meine Intention besser zu sein als Øystein. Wie kommen sie darauf?
Das wollte ich damit nicht ausdrücken…
Obviously the sound and intonation are different. One plays an Eb tuba and the other an F tuba. That alone will make the sound different. Even if they both played the same instrument it would sound different because each musician has their own personal characteristics of playing and sound. And it wasn't a competition between them, but a presentation for two, one giving their best to the other. In this aspect, your comment is mistaken and unpleasant.
