4 Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover with a drop-lid, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

I live in the southern part of America. I have never seen deep fried tofu in a grocerie store and I eat tofu regularly (long time vegetarian). Is the drop lid parchament paper? I have never heard of it, either! 😊

Thank you so much for your comments.
I would love to visit the USA. Especially the south is intriguing.
I will answer your question. The parchament paper will be fine!
I see that you don't sell deep fried tofu. I will make a video of how to make it next time.
      Thank you very much!

@dawnsfanos9800 Do you have any Asian grocery store in your city? Check them out, they should have them there. It may not be the large size as shown in the video, but the Asian grocers always have some form of fried tofu (usually in the cooler or the freezer areas).

If I make them a day before I consume them will they still be good. Also are onigiri usually eaten warm or cold. Thanks 😊

      Thank you for your comment.
Onigiri was created as a preserved food, so you can make it the day before.
      However,
. preservation should be refrigerated or frozen.
      Heat them up before eating.
      Warm it up before eating.
In Japan, there are two types of people who prefer onigiri: those who heat them up and those who eat them cold.
The preservation properties of onigiri vary depending on the ingredients, which I will feature in a video next time.
