You can't compare Jollof rice and Benachin/Tieb ak Gen. They are two complely different dishes. The Gambians and Senegalese don't have the Nigerian and Ghanaian spices and vice versa.

The original jollof, not a lot oil or tin tomato, just pure natural ingredients and traditional African cooking. We all just gather around the wide tray in the middle and eat!! Great memories!!
