Love your videos Arnie. Very based and they speak to the weekend pit-master. No pretentious stick burner attitude or arrogance. Just a guy sharing his passion and knowledge of BBQ, cooked on a RecTeq pellet grill. #RecteqLife

Glad you discovered the Rec Teq pits Arnie. I've had a 700 Bull for years and a Bullseye at my cabin. I don't think I ever made a good brisket until I got my Rec Teq.

The ketchup is an interesting idea. I wonder if the sugar in the ketchup helps the bark set and give it a nice color. Gotta try this next time.

Hmm what a coincidence. I just saw on product news that Recteq will soon release a Pellet Powered Flattop grill. I'm super interested in that to see if pellets can give high + even heating for a flattop. If the reviews look good I'd love to try it so I don't have to fuss around with propane!
