The scope and application of measurement are dependent on the context and discipline. land measurement in nepal like country has many problem on measurement process so any one can easy to learn from those video we uploded. Here is the important information about the Land Measurement units in Nepal. here we can cover A to Z topic related to land measurement . The very popular units of land measurement in Nepal are ropani, Aana, paisa, dam Kattha, Bigha, Ropani, Dhur etc. In the cities, Terai belt of Nepal like chitwan, Jhapa, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Nepaljung, Biratnagar etc haat, kattha, bigha etc units are much popular but in Kathmandu valley along with nuwakot, dhadhing etc mostly use Aana, Ropani and square foot are in much use. In coming years square meter will be the widely used for land measurement in Nepal. In Nepal, where a Bigha is about 6,772.63 sqm meters. as per goverment rule , most measurement of lands uses units of either Bigha (in Terai region) or Ropani (Nepali: रोपनी) (in Hilly regions).
