HI Kelly, another great video thanks for sharing. My favorite so far is the first block. I'm also using the shoreline fabrics for mine. For the backgrounds I knew I wouldn't have enough of it for the whole quilt, so I'm using an alternative white on white fabric I have in my stash. For the background fabric you used, I wouldn't pull them apart yet, I will wait until all the blocks are completed. Last year when we had the pressed flowers quilt, I used a different background for each block which was similar in color and it came out beautiful.
Pin container option? I have used several styles - magnetic bowl, pin cushion ball or wrist, and go back to using a ceramic ramekin style bowl in a cute color. Easy to pick up and place the pins. Having said this, I am a pinner, have been for almost 30 years now. Good luck on your selection of methods.
i purchased the kit with all the material. Is there a cutting insturction video. I don't want to cut the material wrong incase i need to continue to use that particular one.
I don’t know. 5000 seems too quick for me. I have an industrial for bagmaking and it’s super fast but I always slow it down. I think our TL-18 is pretty awesome. My favorite basket is the one I just finished lol. I’m working on #3 tomorrow so then it will be my fav. I’ll get on it after I finish the Riley Blake Door Banner for this month. I think I have too many subscriptions 🤦🏻♀️
I dont think Id zoom at top speed much, but when using triangles on a roll like we did for the front and the stitch length so short I was wanting more juice:) Block 2 has been my favorite so far. Might even just be the fabrics. I have the door banner kit too. I need to get it done, but time has been really busy. Sometimes we just have to give a little breather. -Kelly
@@pickinstitches I agree on the breather. Sometimes I feel like I’m in production mode to keep up with the subscriptions. But I enjoy them all so what would I give up? Lol
What basket block has been your favorite so far?
All blocks are lovely ❤
I really like how they are coming together! Large blocks, but pretty!

I liked the first two baskets better. I had never done baskets before
The 2nd basket was my fav thus far :)

I love a scrappy background too. I might do the same thing. Love to see your pressed flowers blocks/quilt:)

@@pickinstitches Sure I'll post it to the FB group.

Maybe a small magnet in the bottom of the case would help you.
Great idea!

I've only completed the first one, second one is cut. Hopefully I can catch up over the Fourth of July 😊
Thats the beauty of these, you can go at any pace you would like!

What size triangles on a roll did you use?
These were the 3 1/2 unfinished. Hope that helps!

Where did you get the stand holding the block on display?
So sorry I missed this!
