I think it’s more a case of great players having a bad game. The manager really isn’t that much at fault for every loss. He can set up the tactics (Nagelsmann probably have for this game too), but he can’t play them out. The same goes for Ole at United. Yeah, he might not be up for the task all in all, but most often the players just don’t show up or make too fatal individual mistakes.

Bayern played without their Manager because he has covid, he was on his house while gladbach had its coach, they played in the borussia park, (they have never defeated gladback there for so many years ) in front of 50.000 m'g supporters and they were very tired also because its not easy to score more than 3 golas every game , congrats to gladbach , but bayern was really unlucky, they didn't even believed in their selves , the penalty you got was very soft and neuer , an other day , could have saved at least 3 out of these 5 goals, the only bad thing for bayern is that now they cant treble, have a good day.
