This was so gnarly!! What a fun watch, Mercedes crushed it 🪨
My favorite part was the spider around 8:29 🕷️🫣
His friends will never believe his story. 😂
Adventure rides are the best ❤
Ok yes please more of this!!
For the love of God please allow us to use digital tilt. RIP to my WTF GT.. I felt so much safer on those rails
Onewheel Forever❤
Love that trail!! One of my favorites in the Underground
That was a rough ride. Well done. Looks way fun!!!
Right on, fun looking trail too! Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
I like how they kept it uncut. The need to carry your board is a real thing and weight matters.
Luckily the S-Series is a bit lighter than the GT! We contemplated cutting the spider out because it was spooky but it was also too real.
My kind of adventure! Straight reality!
Wow, look at the views!! But that cliff at 32:34...! 😳 This is an epic adventure, keep em coming!
It was a little scary. 😅 but beautiful. A slurry of emotions if you will. Lol
I wasn’t sure if the camera would do that cliff justice, but it kinda does there. 😂
@@TrailhoverI also ride goofy, and that left-side cliff hits a little harder than that right side!! 😵
So Rad! She shreds!
Fantastic
Having coffee and watching
From downunder
Sounds like an epic morning! Hope it inspired you to go ride!
Nice ride Mercedes! My wife would give up after 10 meters uphill climb with board in hand!
Getting My Wife On A Board Is A Dream For Me.
This almost sounds like a Haiku...just needs a few syllables
@@Onewheel right On
Hill climbing just became easier.. 😜 There has never been a better time to give it a try.
Fitness and skill on show here. How does Mercedes manage to hold a camera while negotiating such challenging trails
Can we get a onewheel branded cowbell? You definitely need more cowbell... good ride mercedes!
Nice riding Mercedes! Your beautiful too by the way!😊
Thanks! Such a fun trail!
Nice ride. It looks thrilling and exhausting at the same time! Does FM plan on offering options with thicker tire sidewalls for these types of chonky trails? Also curious about Mercedes' weight and tire PSI. I'm 185 and prefer 14-15 PSI for trails. My gf is 115 and rides about 9 PSI for trails.
Thicker sidewalls would actually make the tire less pliable and would buck you around more. The performance tire is nice and soft and can form with the rocks to try to take as much rumble out. A lot still is up to the rider, and PSI is all personal base on how you want to ride!
@@Onewheel I have the performance tire on both my GT and GTS but still struggle on rocky terrain. The community consensus seems to point to softer compound and a smaller hub to eat up the rocks. Sounds contradictory to your comment. Thoughts?
The stock GT tire definitely has thicker side walls if that’s what you are looking for.
Also to answer the PSI question, I’m roughly 115 and I generally ride 6-11.5. Lower for chonky stuff like this and higher for smoother, fast, flowy trails.
To be honest I forgot to check my tire pressure before headed out for this ride though. 🫣
8:08 Eek, Spider!
Watch out!!
My board would be rolling all the way down the side of the hill. Going to need a helicopter recovery...lol
👍🤙🙂
no ATR?
24:20 that was harsh!!!
I ride my Unicycle there 3-4 times a week....The section up to your right..The Onewheel will not make it!.....I've rode my GT out there a few times...Have Fun!
You must have some real strong legs
@@Onewheel - there are other local rides you should try, East and West Cuesta Ridge (fire roads).
Anyone know what brand of shoe she's earing?
Dude, if you don’t know, we can’t tell you!🤔
lol They are a collab shoe between vans and ‘Hedley and Bennet’ I believe.
@@josephknowles1326😂😂
It’s always when you turn your head for a second.
lol for real though, right before I did I thought, “I’ll be quick”😂
@@Trailhover Yep, if it’s not the head turn, it’s standing up straight when you’re tired instead of just stopping to rest. That’s when the divot or rock you didn’t see gets you. 😂
So true!😂
If she is on a future motion onewheel why isn't it yelling at her " haptic buzz" my xr is ruined with haptic buzz who rides a xr under 17 mph I ride at 19 to 24 I have to use noise cancelling headphones now wen ridding
The reason is because she isn't riding in Pushback here. The haptic buzz you are describing is correlated to Pushback and on XR that happens around 17mph. Since the S-Series has 50% more speed than the XR the Pushback happens at a higher speed, and typically in trail riding you won't be hitting those speeds, especially not on such rocky terrain
Day 56 of asking for a onewheel
