This course was perfect.
Alright...I need to go practice tricks. The top 2 finishers are not just amazing trail riders, but have world class trick shredding skills. And this track had so many jumps and drops, the winners were the complete package.
Gone are the days of winning the RFTF based on your trail riding alone.

Great races and coverage. Especially happy to see all the work that Luke Austin has put into this sport paid off. Seeing him win both heats by "Lukin it" and not falling and winning the bronze medal in the final four was absolutely awesome. 🥉

I’m watching this video and I’m repeatedly thinking “Yep I would have fallen there. Yep definitely would have crashed on that. Yep I would have walked over that. Yep I would have died right there.”
Kudos to the folks that have mastered their OW’s. I’m definitely a totally newbie with only 150 miles on my board but I love riding!
I was expecting to be unimpressed, but there were overtakes, spills, people sending the A-Frame lol... good job ORL, producing something like this is hard and it's clear you went all-in. Best of luck growing as a series.

@@pixelperfecttv1162 They really did a fantastic job with production this year. It wasn't perfect and there were a few mishaps, but it felt SUPER legit compared to previous years. Can't wait for the next one 😁
I think it would be fairer if they just ran one person at a time and see who has the best time. If you're lucky enough to get a good start and be in front, this coursed makes it had for anyone to pass

Gratz to Kyle but IMO Neil bennett is the best one wheel racer when he DOESNT mess up. I have watched every race this yr and so many great riders but neil seems to have something that makes him just a bit better. Anyway sad for tyler but w/o him messing up Kyle wouldnt have been able to win ... Great RACE!!
P.S. Why did you have a person with zero knowledge of onewheels being a lead commentator? That was the worst part and one ONE blemish that show that FM Management has a major disconnect with the Fans and RIDERS.. I hope FM makes serious changes to their policies, remember how they started and if that happens this sport will blossom and so will FM. Do the right thing
Chris Cote is a legendary professional Action Sports commentator (WSL, Dew Tour, etc.)... We were stoked to bring him on board and we think he brought a great balance to Onewheel Racing commentating.
