    I did it on friday. I felt my body weight well (laugh !🤣) and my legs remember wednesday's session ! It was perfect after the work week😊. Thanks Courtney 💕

    I did this today and it was perfect :) I kept a nice pace and it just opened me up. Ill likely keep the 30 min mark and focus on bodyweight a bit more this week :) next will be bands and then hopefully some weights next week
