It seems you did your filter wrong. In your AND statement, you put and 'Date added' is after 1/1/2022. This means you're going to be removing your newer people, not your older people. You need to change 'is after' to be 'is before.' This way you're archiving out people who have not opened your emails and they were added BEFORE 1/1/22. Great tutorial though. I didn't know how to do this and your video was extremely helpful. It wasn't until I went to do it myself that I realized that we want date added is Before instead of is After, so I felt I should share that here as well. Luckily, you didn't delete anyone, you just archived them, so you can always add them back in and redo the process but change the 'is after' drop-down. Best of luck and thanks again for the video.
