You order from Eastwood all the time for paints and primers. quit question when they ship their stuff out does it come in a white trash bag placed inside the Box
I order my primers from them. They wrap the primer gallons in a plastic bag just incase it spills.
@Still Standing Garage OK was just asking cuz that's how I got mine but it was left on my porch dripping primer out of the Box so I recorded a video opening it the cans where all smashed to where the lid was open a Lil but all for clips still on the tops...SMH after waiting 10 days to get it cut they keep delaying it for some reason.
Damn that really sucks 😕 Did you reach out to Eastwood to replace it? There was one occasion that they were out of stock so I had to buy from my local paint supply store.
@Still Standing Garage they are closed today. But I end up just getting some o'reilly's primer... I put in a claims with fed ex I told them they needed to pick up the Box off my porch because it's leaking all over and the smell is coming inside. But they told me they won't pick it up Because it's considered hazardous chemicals. So I don't know how I'm going to send this back to Eastwood like that
I'm sure once you provide proof that it got to you in that condition they will send you a replacement without having you sending back the bad one.
