Take it easy I build up slowly, I had COVID 3 years back still biting me bum when I get a cold, floors me.But have a wee cycling break booked with my mate east Lothian end of April determined taken my bike. Take care get well soon. Craig .
Back in late Aug early Sept I was knocked out for a week by a fairly typical flu dose. But it took me a full 6 weeks to feel ok on the bike. Sudden loss of energy, weird empty feeling and just not fun at all, weak as a kitten mid ride. Came out of it eventually but that 'flu' had a long tail. My sister a nurse (and a cyclist) is convinced I had covid. It might have been I hadn't checked, assumed it was just a typical flu dose, and just kept away from everyone and no-one in the family caught whatever it was - thankfully. So don't worry it's horrible but just eat well and be patient. It just takes time.
Sensible move mate. And nice bike!
Cheers buddy!
Get well soon
Thanks JC

Thanks Craig, like you say - need to build it back up a bit more slowly
