..??.. it was bustling in the 80s there were movie theatres rightup Queen St.. from the Mercury to the St James, Civic and Odeon.. it took one bus to get there where now it takes three and twice as long duration.. we would go just about every week , Friday nights.. unfortunately its gone down hill.. no real incentive or attractions to entice me or to show my new family our old stomping grounds.. today, even worked in Albert St for five years early 2000s too.. ..too many road works has given the option and place a huge bypass..
