If you'll pardon the pun, here is even more "A Bit of Fry & Laurie" here:
This is what Elon Musks son is gonna have to deal with.
Between this and Monty Python, I’m convinced that early British comedy are masters of random humor that just relies on delivery
"It's as it sounds" 🤣
For those who don't know, the sketch continues after the cut with Hugh standing up, clutching his head, and telling Stephen that he hit him too hard, at which Stephen looks at the camera and says "He's just a child really."
Very Monty Python
I can't believe I started hearing "nipple" in the sound of the lighter dropping.
Their comedy was way ahead of its time. So underrated.
The early seasons of House were strange.
They each spelled it differently. When Laurie dropped the lighter it was clearly Nippl-e but when Fry dropped the lighter is varied from Nubbl'G to the totally ridiculous Glunlk/P. Absolute nonsense.
Stephen Fry looks great in uniforms :)
Derek Droplighter.
I love the end of the sketch when Stephen stays in characters and Hugh says 'sod the sketch that really hurt!'
This is Dr House as we British remember him. Before he got all serious - he was one of the best comedy actors here!!!!
Me and my brother, i was 9 and bro was 8, performed this skit to my mom, after she was crying cant remember why, and when we made her laugh it legit made us feel awesome
This entire bit just proves how fantastic British comedy is
This is so incredibly stupid, and yet it makes me inexplicably happy and grinning uncontrollably. Love these two to bits!
Never realised that the sound of a lighter dropping spells out as nippl-e
😂 Brits!
Stephen Fry simply loves punching Hugh Laurie.
