Problem is many TVS Showrooms don't keep Apache 200 as a display piece or even for test ride. There are a lot of supply chain issues from the dealership side. They only stock their showrooms with scooters.

Bought it on May 2nd, 1.8k kms done. Mostly city riding in heavy traffic, 42-45kmpl mileage. Set on sports mode since purchase. 👌🏼

RTR 200 has always been a versatile motorcycle and with these features.....this is really a value for money proposition for young motorcycle enthusiasts like us.

TVS has to include these things in future updates..
1.Brighter LED lights (as of now it is ok but not best and clarity is less when it is pitch dark)
2.LED indicators and Hazard switch to blink all 4 indicators at once
3. 6th gear is very much needed for better highway fuel efficiency and cruising
4. Better tyres and braking.
5. Better Engine Oil and service quality from TVS.
I own BS6 Apache 160 4V, but I'm not satisfied with Service frm TVS
Been riding this bike for 14 months now . Has had a few issues here and there. BUT, overall it is an epic motorcycle! Perfectly suited for the tag “ONE BIKE GARAGE” for a young guy…

Does slipper clutch make noise? Just got my My RTR 200 4V today and it makes krrr krrr sound while downshifting and when I release throttle but not when I rev on neutral.
Is it normal or is that noise from any other part?
I own a 2019 apache 200 4v (carbueretor engine) and my friend bought a 2021 model on my recommendation.On comparing both machines I felt that 2021 apache is better than 2019 model in almost every department but 3 things which TVS should work upon is rear brakes ABS intrution, better set of tyres (good for everyday usage but poor on wet or grainy surfaces) and as you have mentioned 6th gear so that highway rides can be a notch better. I like your presentation skills during your videos keep up the good work. :) :)

I bought the first model of RTR2004v in 2016.. It is still running smoothly after 6 years..but i only used it for daily commuting
I went to buy RTR 200 last year October but sadly they said 200 is not available also not that much people prefer 160 4v Only. But luckily, at that particular time, 160 4v special edition Matt Black came and my dealer said he'll provide me that one. I bought one, first in my town on 2nd November. It's been almost 7+ months and I'll say, Apache is very underrated bike man. This bike at this particular price segment, i mean I know duke and dominar but look for the price at which Apache is giving you everything. I'm in love with my Bike.

I like all bikes so I guess Pulsar is collectors piece who don't want feature but a decent raw power. Won't comment on mileage as all my friends hate Pulsar mileage😅.
Personally I will buy TVS for features and good comfort as not a sports bike type of guy 😂
I clocked 24000 km in a year with the 2021 Bs6 rtr 200. Never had any problem. I am touring since the day I purchased the motorcycle. TVS big thumps up @thegreenhoodguy

I own this beast.
I've ridden NS200,MT15. But honestly this machine is built different.
Milage: 42-44 per lit
Top speed: 121 (Company claims 127 kmph)
Slipper clutch: 10/10
Engine smoothness : 10/10
Exhaust sound: Orgasmic ( I dont think any bike has such sexy exhaust note in this price range)
Looks : Kyaa he bole! 🤤
Comfortable cruising speed: 75-80kmph (Handle bars vibrates a bit when I ride at 85+ kmph)
Adjustable livers and abs are also good.
The Navigation feature really works 😅
Only negative aspect: it takes a bit more space to turn the bike. (But that's not a big issue.)
If you are taller than 5'6" and looking for a comfortable bike to ride,this is the best choice.
I bought the bike on 23rd dec 2020 and have ridden approximately 19000kms (Have been to darjeeling hills and the machine runs like butter through the hairpin bends, have done 270km in a single day without any issues.) Servicing kara leta hu time pe. Abhi tak 1 bhi paisa extra nhi gya h.

Seat comfort (both for rider and pillion) kaisa hai particularly in long drive (more than 200kms in a day)?
My top speed is 134 kmph brother.
@@sundarg1068 Brother, I had ridden almost 320 KM in a day. You can ride 200 km without any problem but don't take a pillion. Pillion seat is useless

@@sundarg1068 pillion seat is suitable for short tours. It's more like ktm or r15.. Though I've done hill rides with pillion.
This bike deserves one simple yet most impactful change in engine and i.e DOHC setup. Tvs should have think about this. hp won't increase but certainly throttle response, acceleration, efficiency does.

It’s already a DOHC 4 valve FI engine.

Recently i own this 2022 model. Till now I have driven 3000 kms and 2nd servicing done also.Haven't had any problems so far and its features, milage are very good.

This bike have good features like Modes, Adjustable levers, Sowa suspension, Bluetooth, Led headlights, slipper clutch but it's has missing some others features likes led indicators, 100/80 front tyre, liquid cooling+ 6th gear also Exhaust design isn't good, rear disk caliper should located like Ktm & NS and rear mudguard looks is not good like Ns & Ktm.

@Rider Prince For you all that is useless but for my personal satisfaction even the basic facilities and small single things need to be there. It gives me an attractive look, updated design and a 2022 century bike, not just a newly released bike.
@Rider Prince abey comments thik se dekh na, main yeh keh raha hun iski segment ke bike like Ns200 & Duke 200 mai liquid cooling + 6th gear aata hai jo ki Apache 200 mai missing hai. After market features modification kar sakte hain but, utana reliable nahi hota. Apache ki tail design or silencer design, rear disc location utna accha nahi hai compare to Duke & Ns, main yeh kehe raharoon.

This is really good engine. But TVS should bring more bikes on this platform. Like Adv or touring bike. We need some affordable sub 200cc touring bike and more alternatives for xpulse. I am not able understand the thought process of manufacturer's. They are very conservative. This RTR 4V is tried and tested platform still they are not trying something different on it. Same for others, Most of the Xpulse owners using it for touring and xpulse seat is not good for touring. Hero should provide good touring seat as an accessory but still they are not considering it.
hero expulse 200 4v is the adventure bike in the same price range

hi i own an apache 200 4v 2021 model i am getting red light at just around 2000 rpm in any gear is there any problem with my engine ?

45+ kmplmilage in urban mode in highway (sometimes 50+ kmpl also in case no change in gear and throttle)
40kmpl in city easily (urban mode)
Heavy traffic 35+ kmpl( urban mode)
This bike has serious mileage benifit even it give more mileage than 160v because of refinement (highway only)
Power is immense
There is no better bike in any segment better allrounder than this

TVS should bring faired version of this with upsize in tyres. Bajaj has absolutely nothing to offer. Same outdated bikes. And new offerings struggling to find buyers. TVS kept doing good work.

Completed 10,000km, enjoyed every type of riding: off road (by increasing suspension), gutter road (GTT is useful at this condition), highway, cornering etc. The power and exhaust note is 🔥
The only problem I faced is with the chain. But still running with same chain but with chain sound.
yes i am also facing the chain noise ,but expect chain bike is butter smooth my one matte blue waited for 6months to deliver

@@ankitsahu3305 chain sound occurs due to damage of chain, some part of chain gets stretched and cause uneven tension of chain and create a chuk-chuk sound. The main reason for damage of chain are change in alignment of tyre, carrying more load at first gear, improper maintenance of chain, etc.

I got the Apach 200 v4 couple of months back, i did a lot of research and watched a lot of videos and made sure i do a correct break in period, i had a couple of issues with the bike which led me to go the service centre almost 6 times now, but finally the issues are solved. One outstanding issue is that im getting very low mileage, about 22-25 kmpl. TVS keeps telling me things like "your chain could be loose" (Do note the bike is just 2 months old and hardly 1300 KM ridden), they also say it could be because of the fuel, but i filled the same fuel over time in my older bike(pulsar 150) and used to get about 45 kmpl. Its the same pump and same fuel. They also told me its about riding style, but to be honest im not an aggressive rider. Now i dont know if its just my bike or are the new versions having an issue with mileage.They also told me to ride it till 4000km and then judge the bike for mileage, but i dont think 22 kmpl can suddenly change to 40 kmpl can it?
Dude please check ur fuel injectors there is definitely something wrong with the engine and it needs to be addressed immediately before the warranty ends. I had this issue with my mt15 but i rebuild my engine with new spark plugs and fuel injectors and now I'm getting the claimed mileage.
@@swagatprasadnanda9494 Thanks for the tip bro but service centre engineers are just not ready to listen, they just keep telling me that its my fault. They say that my chain is not lubricated(2 months old bike), that i dont know how to do mileage test, that i maybe an aggressive rider and stuff like that. Im currently very disappointed with TVS service.

If you are getting 45 from a pulsar 150 , then yes your riding style is too hard or bad.
How it is compared to hornet 2.0 and mt-15 V2.0 2022 ?
I am riding ns200 since 2018 and rode it around 25k km and believe me that bike never disappoint. It delivers whatever you want on the spot.. Apache 200 is good but lack of 6th gear always hurts and ergonomically too it is not that much comfortable for long rides as compare to ns200. But yes Rtr 200 Technology, instrument clusters , brakes etc is cool featured and attractive . And one thing more ns200 has a timeless Evergreen type looks you will fall for it everytime you see it Whereas apache rtr200 doesn't look so appealing from front or rear.
NS is good but i wish they had given us led headlamps and a modern instrument cluster like the newer pulsars. I agree with the appealing timeless look tho.

Biggest turn off for me in ns200 was lack of dual channel abs
NS is only good in performance in top end.. but looks, features and comfort wise Apache is better for me.. engine is reliable..i bought this motorcycle in 2016 the first model which does not have all the features as available in the newer version BS6

For pillion seat comfort go for Fz25.
Suspension is better in Apache. Specially for Obese riders.
Rider comfort is similar for both bikes.
Proud owner of this for 6 mo.. 2.5k kms.. Excellent bike from all aspects.. Best superbike with most practicality..

Brother, if you're looking for a calm yet highly responsive machine to cruise through the city and occasional long ride, then N250 is your best bet,
And if your priority is the same for city with occasional sporty/track oriented days, then rtr 200 is the way to go
(Also keep in mind that rtr 200 gets dual channel abs whereas the n250 doesn't)
Both are beast of a machines, but personally I'd go with the rtr 200 anyday💪🏽

@@TheOriginalTribalChief1316 it's a good bike altogether, the throttle response, refinement, comfort and mileage on the urban mode are its best features. The major issue I had with the bike was it's battery problem, due to which bike would not start in the middle of traffic. It's rear tyre is also skinnier which causes bike to slip in muddy roads. However, Its been over a year riding my apache rtr and I have rode it if different terrains and I have took it for touring as well and it's safe to say that it's a overall bike that serves your day to day needs. I suggest you to find one good service centre and stick to it. Go for it.

Was not getting any rtr 200 4v test rides. One of my friends had this bike 2021 model. I rode it for 12 km. It was amazing. Only thing I would say would be extra cushion on seat.

wheel management problem. wet road pe 1 bar gira tha usse baad maine dekha maximum Apache mein control nhi rhta on wet road. but i have sz rr. there have low profile tyre but control is good

One major problem in this bike is fuel pump. I have changed 2 fuel pump within 4th servicing but still problem is not solved...my bike is in showroom from last 10 days but still they couldn't find any solutions..they are saying it's a common issue in apache 2004v bs6.
