A tornado tore through the north side of Clarksville, Tennessee earlier this afternoon leaving a trail of damage in its wake. Many homes were damaged, and some ribs were even ripped off of houses. Extensive tree damage can be seen all across the north side of Clarksville and Montgomery County.
Prayers to those impacted by these storms.
It’s at where I live, I hope it passes by safely not not a lot of damage

My heart hurts for my fellow neighbors that have lost everything in this tragedy. This literally missed my house by feet.
I’m near exit 11 and have friends throughout the area hit. They’re all ok but the fatalities and injuries and this damage breaks my heart.

As a 66 yr. old, I still find these images horrendous. As a boy, I projected in my mind to a future where homes in these areas where built like storm shelters and all utilities were underground. What did I know, I was just a kid.

We lived through a tornado that lifted our double wide moble home. Tie downs kept it from blowing away. Neil were not so fortunate. Was Easter so many were not home. Prayers for you all. You won't believe how many will come to help.

We’re so sad that the tornado hit Montgomery County. We are in Bedford County and just came up out of the basement following a tornado warning. There was loud wind & hail. It’s dark so we can’t assess damage.Praying for y’all .
WOW! Didn't know this was even in the possible forecast in TN. today! Terrible news, praying there were not any fatalities.

I live 10 mins away from where the tornado was impacted. I hope everyone was safe from this tornado. It wasn’t a beautiful sight to witness how big it was. Prayers to the families that was impacted. ❤️🙏🏼

My brother lives in Cumberland Furnance. He lost his sheds but his family is safe,

So sorry for the loss of life. These folks didn’t deserve this monstrous tornado. They are fortunate if they escaped with their lives . This tornado seemed to chew up roofs but not decimate entire houses to the bare foundations. Stay positive. I hope you all recover soon.

I was at my work when this happened. I had just gotten there and my phone started beeping and it was a Tornado Warning alert , we had to go down to the basement.

My brother lives a couple miles away from the damage on phone with him right now and he says no freezing rain, is too warm.

I live near copper town and the amount of deaths that were reported are so sad, sucked up into it, and the windows broke, and the whole family got ejected. Very very very luckily we weren’t hit but we were driving to a church to drop myself off for a trip to Christmas lights. Mind you I have astraphobia and what having a panic attack and was yk doing panic stuff and we hit a Uie and turned around and went home the storm had moved to Springfield and completely wiped out jets. Prayers to all that survived
