Glad you think so!! I'm the guy who directed, edited, and played Wallace in that one--accuracy was the goal! It was interesting, finding ways to match every camera angle and character movement. In fairness to Jack, I always felt that scene of the movie was underrated, Wallace sleep-texting has me in stitches every time and I never hear it talked about to the same extent as 'Bread makes you fat' or 'You know what, he just left'.

To be fair the marvel ones didn’t use many props and chose scenes that didn’t have the most unique movement so watching without audio made them harder (The creators still did a great job, just hard when you’re working with fairly generic action/fighting)

How did Jack get one of the most collaborate fan bases? It’s a weird mix of everyone simultaneously loving and hating him.
That's the same thing as like, Jerma's fanbase. I feel like a lot of the healthiest fanbases are like that- where a huge part of the fun of it is dunking on the creator themselves. But everyone knows it's all just playful~

The one at 37:08 is freaking awesome- Actually shooting on location like that takes a lot of commitment. It might be one of the coolest ones.
That's indeed some serious dedication. And some videos weren't shown for time. Can you imagine how much that would suck to drive 20 hours(10 there, 10 back) for a one minute video and you didn't even get included?
If you're a true big lebowski fanatic (like me) you'll also notice they included the mistake from the original movie where one of the film crew is standing on the rocks on the top left of that first shot, clearly visible. That was by far the best recreation of a scene in my opnion.

i really really liked how this whole thing led up to you saying how subtitles are important (even if it's for a sponsor, the message is still valid). as someone who sometimes struggles with hearing or processing what someone is saying, captions are a real life saver

Thank you for the final point being about closed captioning. As someone with sensory processing issues, it's extremely helpful for me to have captions on and it really disappoints me when popular RUclipsrs don't have them, like The Try Guys.

I think Jack isn’t as bothered since he’s 1. having way more fun than he was on his old schedule 2. able to explore new creative projects and engage with the fans in new ways and 3. the fans that are here are the dedicated ones having just as much fun with him. And I think that’s more important so long as he sits comfortably in that 300k-500k view count he still has an audience that will be here.
And who knows he might get a new surge soon.

I clicked on this video thinking "someone will do the big lebowski for sure" and they delivered! That was one of the best made ones too, so obvious what it is from the first frame because they went to the same location. They even included the mistake from the movie where a sound guy is standing off in the background. This was an awesome idea jack!
