We don't need caste based reservation bhai. What we need is financial condition based reservation. In our country, the actual dalits, santhalis of bengal and other tribes, they don't get proper education. They are not even in a position to avail the benefits of reservation. But my SC classmates' family who have been engineers and doctors for 2 generations, having friggin crores of money, they are going to IIT with 35 percentile.

Understand that not everyone do practice caste. only few communities of people like Brahmins and thakur behave like this or practice this. Because from year's they benefited a lot by implementing this caste system. For an example Brahmins, they have created self beneficial rules like feeding them first on every occasion is compulsory always also donating them whatever we have. So, think, read and don't be a coward don't leave hinduism. Hinduism is very scientific and one the best religion in entire world along with Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism. In Vedas we don't find anything related to castiesm basically this caste system is introduced later vedic period. Whosoever was influential at that time have created a master plan called caste system where they can benefit always without doing anything. But it is demolishing now. Also one statement to Dalit community. Punishment should be given to those who does anything wrong. Because the newer generation in cities has nothing to do with the caste system. they don't practice it at all but still they are suffering because of the partial reservation system.

6. You need a leader who is like Martin Luther King in USA who said “I have a dream” “I have a dream, one day all Dalits are treated equally and live along with other humans and pray god in temples”
7. Dalit kids should use affirmations and self hypnotism techniques and they should receive knowledge through audio speakers in their village tribal group areas.
8. Dalits need Dalits museum just like black history museum in USA! To show historical atrocities that is done on them. We should remember.
9. Create a RUclips act play drama showing that my Brahmins were like Dalits and Dalits are like Brahmins and Dalits in temple as poojaris and my Brahmins are untouchable. Make on video RUclips and show it to all Dalit kids that is is coming !

Reservations benifit unoppressed people belonging to oppressed castes and won't benifit oppressed people belonging to oppressed castes because most of the oppressed people cannot access reservations. This way reservations will not remove oppression. Hence reservations should be abolished.

If you were expecting all general category to fight caste discrimination, I think you are dreaming.
The general category never promised that they will fight for the vulnerable, poor, backward social groups in India. They will harness the power of social media to propagate their interests. Your welfare or that of fellow Indians is not included in their interests.
Think for a moment and digest that fact.
When they talked about equality, they envisioned an educated "peon" who will serve them, not a peer. They do not want the backward castes to be an engineer, a doctor, a businessman, a supreme court judge, a prime minister, a billionaire, a head priest, a neighbor or a spouse. They envisioned an literate safai karamchari (janitor), still in the bottom of the social order listening and taking orders from them.

They never envisioned an India where you would become a equal. They just envisioned it as one little step up to silence the critics.
So, the insinuations about dalit doctors go un-protested, branding as quota candidate goes unnoticed, publishing a friend's Steve Maddenshoes is fair game, facebook memes that blatantly lie are just creative illustrations to convey the point.
Ambedkar cracked the plot a hundred years ago. He could see the human in the mahatma, he could see the hollowness of the promise of equality. He ensured there is reservations to protect the vulnerable. So thank him for saving India from the disaster and don't bother with the chatter in the privileged media voices.

Manu writes:

(Women do not have the right to read the Vedas and therefore, rituals followed by them do not involve the mantras from the Vedas. Because women cannot study the Vedas, they are impure just like falsehood is impure)
Manu also permits women to be beaten just as the Shudras. According to him-

(If a woman, son, slave, teacher or a younger brother commits a crime, s/he should be tied with ropes and beaten)
Ambedkar writes that Manu was just as harsh with women as he was with the Shudras.
The above examples show how much Dr Ambedkar detested the Hindu religion propagated by the Brahmins and the followers of Manu. He made lifelong effort to free the Shudras and the women from the clutches of the Hindu religion.
