Zero, you don’t have overwork yourself. You should take a break whenever you need it. Also, you should watch the sub version of Yu-Gi-Oh if you get the chance. The Shadow Realm is concept that wasn’t in the original subbed version of the anime. 4kids was company that dubbed the show and they created the Shadow Realm and used as a way of censorship for the show.
Yeah but In the sub you don’t get the savage roasts of Seto Kaiba
fire water Nah, Kaiba and Atem have much better voices in the dub, so it’s worth watching for that alone. Yeah the censorship really sucks, but a lot of it can be ignored, like the Shadow Realm, some removal of violence, and covering up some characters and monsters.

@@zykel621 ok I don't know if you already heard but here's a brief summary; 6 years ago Zero contacted some underaged girls and talked with them. It got sexual, then he asked for nudes. He never got the nudes btw. Then later on, he would forget about what he did and move on. Unfortunately, it caught up to him. This isn't the whole story, I recommend you reading the investigation on twitter, somewhere idk.

When you were talking about your depression it reminded me of my best friend. He’s an artist but has the tendency to overwork himself in order to get established, to the point of having severe insomnia. I don’t want to see you burn out like him and so many other youtubers. If this format is less stressful and gives you more time to build your social links with friends and fam, try to implement this more in your workflow.

I was 17 and spending 6 months in County Jail for violating probation (I got caught taking the pot and then missed a PO meeting) and in week 1 I got into a fight with a guard and spent the next 5 months and 3 weeks in J-Tank which was Isolation. 1 hour out of your cell a day to shower and use the phone. My "neighbor" taught me the complete lore of Yugioh from season 1 through like 3 through the air-vent connecting our cells. He always had his 1 hour out during the 3 to 4 block so he always turned on YuGiOh and Joey became my favorite character. It got to the point that when I finally got out and went home I watched it every afternoon...just without the lukewarm Ramen noodles I ate while watching through the tiny window in my cell door.
That's a pretty wholesome story even though part of it was in jail
Hey man, I'm about 21 minutes on when you're talking about that fear of stopping and losing everything. I wanna say two things about that: First, you can set goals, like taking a break and keeping your subscribers, identify the obstacles to success, and plan around them. Second: I'm not even that into Smash Bros., and I watch your content because I think you're a nice and funny guy. That won't stop being true just because you're looking after yourself.
If anybody gives you criticism for taking a break or looking after your health, they're not worth listening to.

And I also identify with you about being productive. It’s kind of like a mask or a remedy that escapes us from the depression. But everyday we improve and we fight to stay happy and get shit done on a daily basis. Let’s win brother

Joey is one of the most underrated anime characters of all time. He is funny, inspirational, dumb but still a great duelist.
He isn't really a great duelist, just REALLY lucky.
Joey would not have lost to Marik had it not been for bullshit. No seriously. I agree. Although I'd say that Joey is very unlucky in that he gets matched up to people who have the tools to beat him.
Joey got top 4 in battle city in a card game, a type of game where cash is directly proportional to the viability of your deck, and Joey is dirt poor.
Oh and he grew up with an alcoholic dad while his mom and sister lived elsewhere. He got the deck stacked against him (lol), yet Pegasus said he’s the 3rd greatest duelist he met by the time GX rolled around.

This video hit me hard: Your character development and relation with Joey from Yu-Gi-Oh... I am constantly putting my heart out for my friends or even past romantic relationships with women... It gets to the point where it becomes so draining because I am so selfless to the point where it puts me in a depressive state and I lose friendships or girlfriends because I end up losing myself in the end and everything that comes with it. I learned last year with the "the one that got away" that I need to learn to balance self love and love for others' I no longer want a relationship with others' I want to get myself to a place where I have things I can consistently rely on for my own self happiness so I can finally make those I love happy. I am really finding character development videos beneficial for my own self confidence and self esteem because even if the person making the video that character isn't their favorite and they cannot relate to the character on all levels, the fact that they can put themselves in a characters shoes who I relate to on a similar level helps me feel like I am not alone. Now both my IRL friend VegSenpai with Aggretsuko and Heida and now you ZeRo with Joey, you two helped me feel like I am not alone... So thanks :') I wish you would make more actual character development videos I feel like it would help a lot of people besides myself.
Now, the B M0L Movement really hit me hard as well (sorry I purposefully typo'd I know how YT is with personal controversial topics) but I feel like sometimes my over all existence I feel like I am constantly walking on egg shells or even thin ice just for being me and who I am when I put myself around people I thought were "my friends" or even people I don't really know too well and thought liked me. I feel once anyone gets to know me they make me feel like I am too annoying or too much of a pain in the ass to even put themselves around, hell a "friend" even made me pay him $20 bucks just to hang out with him, and I didn't think twice about it until we were done hanging out... That's how weak I was for anyone, always someone to do anything just to have a "friend" because people think they are doing me a huge favor to just put themselves around me... So people feeling like they are walking on egg shells or thin ice for something their skin color or racial ethnicity and fearing that it goes so far to where they may never wake up to see another day is truly just heart breaking. I almost cried when you brought up how you feel about the movement...
Now: Let's make you laugh. About the Cypher thing... You and PokeaimMD's lines, were fire, but you two just ... Cannot xD I couldn't either I'd be trash even if I can spit some fire like you, we don't have the voices and clarity for it but that shit was hella funny!

8:35 My CHILDHOOD! I loved El Dorado. My favorite part of the movie was their “argument” at the end. In most movies, you’d expect the villain to cause drama towards the protagonists, but it wasn’t the case. They faked it out and used the drama to their advantage and beat the villain. Sure there were cracks in their friendship afterwards, but Miguel who was arguing with Tulio while Tulio was playing along, Miguel still did the charade to fool Tzekel Kahn without letting his emotions getting the better of him at the time. Their friendship is very unique especially since they’re both sides of the same coin. Tulio is the one with the plans and want gold while Miguel is the one who wants adventures and fun. I really hoped there was a sequel coming but I doubt that’ll ever happen

If I ever get to meet ZeRo some day, which would be a dream come true, I would invite him for a couple games of Smash while telling him how much he is my idol and how it’s hard to see him being so hard on himself. ZeRo, you’re so cool and you inspire so many people (me included). Of course being a youtuber is stressful and we can’t always be confident in our capacities (as we have all been there), but you should really acknowledge how wonderful of a person you are (or at least seem to be, since I don’t know you on a personal level). OMG ZeRo, I`m so glad you brought up El Dorado. El Dorado was one of my early childhood movies, and while it`s not among my favorite movies now (after recently rewatching it after about 20 years), I still have deep memories. All I could mainly remember about the movie was the soundtrack and the vocals (especially the credits theme by Elton John). And seeing that I am a huge fan of Lion King as a kid, listening to Elton John was just a joy. :D

hey dawg me again my 2 cents on mental health. Im part of the hispanic community and there is a hefty stigma against getting help; therapy, seeing a psychiatrist, take medication etc... However, I can't advocate enough for these things because for people like you and me who enjoy keeping themselves busy and socializing, these things reinstall our motivation towards scheduling so we can do both you know. Some of the personal conflict comes from getting down on yourself for not putting out socially, and then the feeling the "need" to work.. So long as this dichotomy within yourself exist, the months where you feel like you've regressed will continue. Break the chain buddy, thanks for the constant content.
