- This is another special video as it is the birthday of another tribute making friend of mine: Overhaul TM. He is a bit new to this work but is already excellent at it, his editing and videos are very good and he keeps getting better at it. So just like I did for Arkham Asylum last year, I decided to do a tribute to his favorite villain from the Avatar franchise for his birthday. I hope you like it and that you go check out his channel and wish him a happy birthday!
So Amon is definitely my second favorite Avatar villain after Azula. I usually like villains who want to start a revolution so to have a villain that uses that as his entire theme just feels awesome to me. It also helps that Amon has a cool design and compelling backstory that explains why he believes the things he does. And finally he is played by my favorite voice actor Steve Blum so it’s definitely a win for me. I know Legend of Korra can get a lot of criticism sometimes but at least it has some cool villains like this guy here.

Amon, in a series that is full of powers, it’s interesting to see some people complaining about this, I have always love determined villains, and Amon it’s not only determined, he had a vision, equality.

Very impressive! I think one of the things that really made this video distinct was just how much of Amon's army you showed. It really showed the grandeur of his plan. Other notable moments was that one edit where you took two near identical shots, and cut them in a way to continue the motion. Your editing is really coming into it's own. Nice job!

Fair enough, haven't watched a great cartoon in a while tbh.
Personally I would have loved to see him and Amon survive and diverge over time with Amon becoming an even greater monster while tarrlock see the error of his ways clearly

Fantastic work for one of my favourite villains of Avatar universe! Song is very fits him and edition is very good too. I hope that this gift for Overhaul will not be blocked by some offended bastards as it was with his videos or Arkham videos. Happy birthday to Overhaul!
Goblin Tribute Maker, I have to ask. Why do you not like Carnage?
I just find him to be an extremely uninteresting character and he’s also totally the opposite of my villain type
@@goblintributemaker2539 why’s that? Carnage isn’t just some typical serial killer. He’s obsessed with death and chaos. He’s everything Spider-Man fights against. While Peter is all about great power and great responsibility, Cletus is just “Kill everything and everyone.” just because he’s insane. We’re all entitled to our own opinions. I’m just offering a different perspective.
