- We made it! I have succeeded in the great feat of not postponing or deleting any videos for the whole year! I'd like to say I'll take a break right now, but the weather is against us and we have a multiverse of Webs to explore in the next month! So we come to Amon: he is a great character, with an excellent construction and which means that a power left secondary of the original series was explored further: Bloodbending. I have never hidden that I adore this technique and in fact Amon and Hama are my two favorite villains of the Franchise. Even the masked design of Amon favors to create a menacing and mysterious villain that I always appreciate.
Happy New Year everyone and see you soon with the first Spider Villain of the month! He will be a real Mystery!

This is awesome! Amon is definitely one of my favorite villains from the Avatar shows, along with Azula and Kuvira. I really like the revolution theme of the character and plus I always like it when Steve Blum plays a villain lol. The song is perfect for him, great way to end the year my friend.
As a kid I couldn't recognize that it was Steve Blum who voiced Amon. Everytime the character appeared on screen I knew that I heard his voice from somewhere.

This guy was such a great villain. He was mysterious, creepy, intimidating, and actually kinda scary. His Bloodbending was so frickin OP, his design was so cool, and Steve Blum voiced this guy so damn well. Definitely one of the best ATLA/TLOK villains.

Amon is my favorite villain of all avatar, well, only because I only saw the first season of the legend of korra when a was younger, Besides Lord Fire Ozai wanted to conquer all, Amon was leading a movement that wanted equality, the music is perfect for this revolutionary character or even an army, a fantastic video to end this year…

Amon and the Red Lotus were both villains I thought deserved more episodes foccused on their conflict.
Zaheer did get more focus. It's just that the rest of the Red Lotus feel like unfinished characters. Not much interesting about them.

He was a good man and wanted to spread justice, but he was radicalized, so he turned into a villain. He is the best mix between a good person and a bad person. I think if he had entered Rima's dialogue, he would have been good. In short, if the avatar was Aang and not Korra, but he is still Best character in both series ❤️

The ending of Amon was very disapponting. I am pretty sure that he would be a good recurrent in Korra,s serie
I get that, but I kinda love the fact that a Nickelodeon show depicted a murder-suicide.
If Nickelodeon had greenlit all 4 seasons of The Legend of Korra from the beginning, I guarantee you that they would've kept him around longer.
Amon, Zaheer and Ming-Hua are my most favourite Avatar villains. Good job.
Technically Zaheer is the true main antagonist of season 3. The rest of the Red Lotus are just sidekicks.
