Cabo doesn't have any public water slides, but I think Villa del Palmar may have one, Surf breaks are at Monuments on the upper tip of Cabo Bay, and the 3 next to each other in SJD in front of Cabo Surf Hotel...
Cerritos has a surf break on the Pacific side...some resorts may have water slides, I'll check for you...

Riu Santa Fe and Villa del Palmar have slides! from Both you have to drive to a surf break tho..
