We have stayed at The Cape, Nobu and the Viceroy and I have to say you nailed the ranking … Viceroy is actually one of our favorite resort in the entire world.
I actually was staying at Barcelo Los Cabos which is beside Viceroy and am in awe of what it’s turned into from a blank canvas!!
Despite the reality that these choices are out of my stratosphere for possibility, I appreciate that you showed them and this is part of the reason I’m in awe of what Mexico has to offer. Absolutely out of this world , stunning resorts and backdrop to the magical area that is Los Cabos

The Le Blanc was beautiful but the food? Hit or miss
we have been to le blanc 5 times, last time we went we got food poisoning on day 2. We wont return.

Ill stay at the 40 dollar a night hotel...walk to the beach and spend 100 all day on food and party save 400 bucks

Grand Solmar was nice, but an AI option is quite pricey.
I stayed at the hotel listed as number one the Viceroy and it is overrated. It wasn't that great at all. If you have the money and you want real luxury the grand class suite at Grand Velas los Cabos is the best. It's about $1600 usd a night. Service is amazing as well. The Waldorf Astoria Pedegral Los Cabos was amazing. The famous El Fallaron restaurant was exceptional nothing like it. Average cost for two people our bill was about $700 usd for dinner
