I started in June last year and was getting $93 per month, I've just crossed $134 on now or 13% my target. I'm very late to the game but the bug has bitten. Thank you very much for your channel and research. I'll keep you all advised.
Think I started with around 5 or 6k all in all, it's going up nicely, 5 monthlies, 3 quarterly one 6 month and Tesla long hold for growth and eventual windfall.
@@TyreeWells did you watch the whole thing? 16.500$ to reach the 100$ per month starting point. 16.5k isn't really "starting low" is it? Not saying this portfolio is bad or anything, but you are not starting with just a few bucks here. And being able to invest 150-300 additionally each month is also not something lots of people can do. You can start investing with very little and it will become easier and easier, but the old saying will always stay true: money comes to money.
I'll advise you to work with a financial advisor.....Building a good trading portfolio is more complex so I would recommend you seek Stacey Macken's support. This way you can get strategies designed to address your unique long/short-term goals and financial dreams
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn't know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her
Her technical analysis are great, her interpretation/projections of the market is so accurate Stacey is one of the best trader i know to follow for advise and daily signals and you won't regret it.
I have been on the wrong side for far long and I'm willing to make consultations to improve my situation. What is the most reliable medium to reach her please?
What would you recommend for short term Dividends like 3 months to year? Specifically Like TORM (TRMD), Ecopetrol (EC), AFC Gamma (AFCG) all 3 have yields between 16.19% and 23.12%
Great idea. Selling dividend stocks or the dividends themselves? For the dividends, it's just when you need to start spending the money. Otherwise just reinvest
When adding the $500 per month are the dividends reinvested or is the cash taken out? If you put $60,000 in the account and receive $1000 a month, that is a 20% return per year. These dividends don't pay that.
Oorah devil dog! Love your channel before I found your videos I had already purchased Altria a few months back and already have seen growth. I took your advice on another video and purchased a few more that are growing as well. I have a few on my watch list that I found in some of your old videos. Thank you for all of your help and advice. Navy veteran here, and father of a proud Marine. God bless!
What’s the point of investing for a 5% dividend when the stock falls 43% over a 5 year period? Makes absolutely no sense and a waste of time and money.

What stocks did you buy
NWN, O (monthly payer), MMM [hard pass], UVV, MO. Substitute for MO would be GLAD.
3M hard pass??? muhahahahha
Ya I’m a hard pass on MMM too. That’s the next WBA waiting to happen.
@@-IsleOfSkye- yeah after that div cut
@@mich_mash ye if u are focusing on dividend income sure.
Love it! I have set up my plan to do just this!
Why would you not invest in SCHD or another dividend ETF focused on DIvidends to protect your downside?
Mix both
You thought too much!! For sure this is a better idea
I'm loving stuff like this, learning how to start low and grow
Always glad to help Tyree. Thank you for being a part of the community

Bow tie nation!!!! Just wondering if you ever made an episode about when to sell you dividends?
Great idea. Selling dividend stocks or the dividends themselves? For the dividends, it's just when you need to start spending the money. Otherwise just reinvest
So, if one has $1000, then one should divide that amount ($1000) amongst these five companies?

growth beats dividends, hands down
Can you do more videos about dividend aristocrats
Your chart shows $150 and $300/mo for the 5 year and $150 and $500/mo for 10 yrs... What's the $300/mo at 10 yrs?
What do you think of having reit make up 30% of your portfolio?
Great video.
is MPW a dividend aristocrat?
No.
It was heading in that direction but...
How could this be done with an old bloke like Vanguard that does not allow for fractional share buying?
Hmm, could buy shares of a dividend ETF until you have enough to roll it into a full share of something else. Would suck on taxes though.
Thank you
GOOD MMM
Who said dividends 💰
👁👁🙏
Can you calculate that with 30% dividend tax for non-US citizens?
NWN is 25% lower than it was 10 years ago. Sound like a terrible recommendation.
It is a terrible recommendation 😂
3M cut their dividends
I wonder how much one has left on these amounts after you factor money that Uncle Sam will take away.....
Only on capital gains
