Once , many years ago when we were going through a financial struggle, someone in an online group sent me money to buy my kids shoes for school. That meant more to me than anything I’d ever received before. My husband loves to give people $ help now. It’s not a lot, but like you said, to them it means a lot. So good!

I'm really happy to hear that some people out there can be incredibly kind Shawnee! And now that your husband is paying it forward - that's real virtue 🥰

Hi Liz, great review and summary. The part of raising kind rather than competitive kids really hit home, for where I live, in Seoul.
@6:40, leaving an honest review, rather than a bad review is "justice", is it not? By leaving the honest review, the owner has the chance to correct the situation. Saying nothing essentially conveys you are ok with witnessing the injustice, no?
Thanks for all the effort you in making this video.

Hi! Thank you so much for the input, and yeah I TOTALLY agree with the part about raising kind kids, I think so many of us forget that nowadays. I'm glad I got that into the video!
And thanks so much for letting me know this too! Oh wow I kept thinking "if I were her, would I want a negative review?" And the answer was no, so I never left a review. But reading your comment I realize that yes I should have left an unbiased and objective review 🤦‍♀ I'll get that remedied! I appreciate you pointing this out! 🥰

I’m still bingeing lol. I have to agree with Gibbons here and I’m glad you took this comment to heart and remedied this. I never like to leave bad reviews, but I feel it is necessary on occasion for the sake of the next customer. I always leave an objective review and do not include personal preferences. I use kind words and always point out the positives along with the negatives. I know I appreciate kind, but honest critiques. Kindness and compassion being the main idea here.
      Another great book review.

@@shawneejohnson247 Aww thank you!! The binging really helps cos it shows RUclips that you like all my content, not just one single video haha. I appreciate you!! 🥰🥰 And yeah a kind objective review with both positives and negatives will definitely help the next customer for sure! It also makes it easier for the person receiving it to digest it (compared to if it's full of anger/negativity) 👍

Books like this should be introduced in schools for older teens. It would be great if society placed more emphasis on kindness and consideration.
