The locker is a big yikes but i guess they needed more space for the new modes
People always hate change. The transition from og to the locker we had before was weird too
No but the difference is, this locker is *actually* bad.
it's minimalism, you don't know what you're selecting half the time, they over-complicated it, they removed visible rarity unless you select a cosmetic, it just feels terrible to navigate.@@devastatheseeker9967

Personally not a huge fan of them using up battle pass slots for the car stuff. I’d say just make em free to get through quests or something
imo the season is great so far but there’s a lot of new stuff they added that is very confusing
Can we all agree the locker changes are TERRIBLE, I honestly can't stand the new locker layout, it's confusing, cluttered, harder to find things in and overall just unnecessary and BAD! 😠

@@Eggooo I started when the game came out. I like the new UI, feels a lot more fluid. And the movement is nice too. Maybe I just am capable of enjoying things? It's a wild concept.
@@IllegalMemeDealer For me, i have a couple of stuff thats ALWAYS in the "new and haven't seen yet" section. You know, like, when you buy something and it has a yellow circle on it? Yeah, for me, i can't get rid of it. Clear all badges doesnt help either.
This pass is absolutely insane. I hate the new UI though.
Facts!... Same, the UI is a$$, And the new Movement too not gonna lie... They got to fix the slow ass Movement, Especially in build mode
Doesn't bother me that much
If anything the movement is easier to perform well in terms of building and editing. They actually no longer need to revert it.

Nick, could you record a commentary about the new walking animation / movement in fortnite? In game I feel so slow and funky while trying to get around buildings and the map
I knew I wasn't the only one who was off about this. It's awful
i can barely build with the new movement. i feel like everything is just catered to zero build these days
@@Stress27 see I play zero build and the gameplay still feels really bad. Sniping felt so easy because everyone is walking like a bot, but that’s about it. Every other aspect of the gameplay is noticeably clunkier

Before you know it to claim all the vbucks from the battle pass will require you to reach lvl200 i don't know why they changed it from 100

Well, took a few weeks to get the car on my end. Personally, I'm okay with cars being in the battle pass.
What I'm not okay with is that the default decals of the car (which are unlocked in rocket league when you get the car) takes up 2 slots in the battle pass.
So from what I'm seeing, this battle pass has 98 items, and 2 lots for 8 stars (16 total) to go into for the sake of artificial inflation when it could've been unlocked when you get the car it's for.
Anyways, overall, this battle pass is really good. It's just those 2 decals that annoy me.

You originally had to attend the event to get the style, but due to server issues, they granted it to anyone who logged in that day.

My problem is the vbucks not everyone has the time to grind out over a 100 levels for the battle pass vbucks I I'm a student and I am only going to get two weeks break and it's not enough time to grind for the extra vbucks

wow this locker sucks, like actually worse than the 2017 locker.
don't fix what isn't broken, they could have easily added the new lego and car stuff with the same locker UI, you can't even see rarity anymore.
Otherwise, the game feels incredible, like an actual battle royale again, I would prefer the storm to be slower since the map is bigger, there is a reason PUBG games are 40 minutes instead of 20, but otherwise it's nice for this game to feel like an actual battle royale again.
The only issue is the movement. Fortnite caboncopied from Pubg and Call of duty. The movement is literally the NPC movements. They tried to go for realism and failed. Fortnite was unquie in so many ways, and one of them was the movement. It's absolutely terrible. Building with this movement is a joke.
