Well this is my theory A game theory:
Tennpeny pulled out the block and destroyed the fence and escaped to that building where the helicopter comes because he may had called them with a radio or phone then he went to a small town with hospital and got cured.Than he went to Liberty City or Vice City.He told his men to fake his death.And now he lives like a bitch.
Clash with nairoD but why he didn't start running when he fall of the bridge? Maybe because carl will shoot him and i think you are right he need to glitch next time to lyberty city and see if he can find him
@@ToxicBlazeYT You wont find him,Actually Liberty City in GTA SA was supposed to include tommy with it. But it got scrapped because rockstar had issues with Tommy's V.A

the 1:20 music scared the f*ck out of me, but that's just a glitch in SA, there are many places where you can take damage/die for no reason, such as jumping from a roof and landing on the edge of another roof damages you for no reason (-5 hp)

Plus its a bug when activated at higher fps since the game tends to kill you by doing it

2.use cheats to spawn a fighting jet
3.follow the helicopter and see where is going

The mission high noon in which we kills pulaski. Pulaski's dead body remains for a time but in the last mission tenpenny's body disappears .
The helicopter in the roof you saw its make 100 % sense because in the morning no helicopter on light and just see its standing there and when you just close to helicopter its moving fast its not a normal
That thing where you randomly died is just a bug happened to me a few diffrebnt times in diffrent places like area 69
