May be the interpretation is not right..when we work on these kind of case studies, one of the important point is cost. If you can able to show how this transformation helps in saving cost it will do wonders. This is the biggest concern of management
Why you want to do cspo and csm same time ? Also did you know about psm and pspo ? Go for psm 1, no need to renew like in csm ,also no need to take any classes from anyone, more valuable compare to csm. All the best

@@CareersTalk not at all team 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I've learnt so many things from this RUclips channel and I've improved my knowledge. What I feel is currently some companies require certification for the job application so that's the reason I'm looking for certification advice.
I would start with suggesting to create a small team, perhaps using volunteers, maybe people that have proved they are up for a challenge! It should include the usual suspects, devs (maybe full stack), QA, and someone with good modern enterprise software architecture experience. Then let them examine existing system together with one or two people that have great knowledge of the business space and existing product. Slice out a few small quick win high value ideas that can be quickly validated, prioritize them and build the first one. Get the feedback from real users (Customers). Try to reduce dependencies where possible on existing system, plan to develop decoupled solutions (perhaps microservices) together with fully automated CD pipelines right from the start. Stay away from terms like Agile transformations and Agile solutions, just be clear to senior management that you're creating the first team using modern delivery methods and architecture, and you hope to quickly validate business (and technical )assumptions safely. If successful, fund a similar team using your experience and findings from above, rinse and repeat... Problem with big upfront planning as you suggest, is you're planning, estimating, assuming stuff at the point you know least about the new solution(s)\changing business space. Be bold, strike out and have fun...
