The D.O.C. is super underrated. Guys like Dre and Eminem are so rich that they don't ever have to go outside, but they'll both show up for this guy, as they should.

The DOC's No One Can Do It Better is one of my all time favorite hip-hop albums. That album was so ahead of its time. DOC crushed it with lyrics and delivery, while Dre crushed it with the beats. If I had 3 desert island hip-hop grabs, I'd grab the DOC for sure. It never gets old.

The DOC's No One Can Do It Better is one of my all time favorite hip-hop albums. That album was so ahead of its time. DOC crushed it with lyrics and delivery, while Dre crushed it with the beats.
If I had 3 desert island hip-hop grabs, I'd grab the DOC for sure. It never gets old.

He created Shade 45 and gave numerous job opportunities to legends in the culture. RIP to DJ KaySlay who had his own program on Shade 45. The first HipHop journalist to give Eminem shine in The Source magazine he gave Riggs an A&R job at Shady Records/Goliath. For all the pro black ideologist out there who ish on him you can’t deny this dude has done everything Elvis never did during his career in music. He’s made millions and reinvested the money into Hip-Hop. He gave 50 Cent a deal when every record label was afraid of signing 50 Cent this was the bulletproof vest era wearing 50 Cent. He fell asleep drunk and crashed in the late 80s, medics damaged his voice box when they shoved life saving tubes down his throat. A doctor told him if they remove scar tissue it would help get his voice back, but it did the opposite and the only reason he has what he has now is because one side of his voice box healed stronger than the other in recent history.
