That's dope. Em took the TUPAC approach. Meaning he wanted to get everyones attention and once he had that he was going to tell everyone his true story. 💯💯
The real deal this fellow is toxic as fuck, both are incomparable legends. The fact that they both are enormously huge and exceptionally talented but differ in times they were active in such a newly-shaped culture that’s trending at the speed of light; is what makes them incomparable.
Will Smith approached him and said "you will either be the biggest flop or become one of the greatest. only time will tell" and that when eminem said "will smith doesn't cuss so he can sell albums. well, i do. so fuck him & fuck you too" on The Real Slim Shady track
7:18 you can hear the pain in his voice when he starts to speak. Sounds like he’s got a lump in his throat fighting the tears. Not knowing your next move or what lies ahead is probably so difficult for an up and coming artist. Well now he can breath! He made it! He’s a legend! 🔥🐐🙌🏻
He wasn't an upcoming artist, he was well established in 05, he already released 4 highly successful albums. Although, Encore got bad reviews (although it sold well) compared to his previous 3 albums, 2005 Em was already suffering from his drug problems, exhausted from touring, and there was rumours of him retiring. My guess is that he started to feel like his career had already peaked, which it kinda did, and that it was almost over, and that when she asked him that, it was kinda like a wave of emotions going through his head.
Im glad this was uploaded... cause these 2nd generation of millennials have no clue, and the fact that lately ppl like Lord Jamar and Benzino are saying their BS opinions with Em just being a guest or that Em ain’t in the real hiphop culture just because he’s white, thats all just jealousy and envy. Don’t fall for that negativity ppl be saying about Em. He did an enormous amount of good into the hiphop culture, and took advantage with being white, breaking that barrier for ppl of any other color to be able to get accepted into rap. Thats a beautiful thing that Em has done. I had listen to Em since 1999 and I saw how much he had influenced many ppl in general. He still shows the love he has for music til this day, and he doesn’t have to do that anymore. Em will always be a GOAT whether you agree or not.
The skill was always there... There’s a reoccurring theme there that’s still just as present with him today... His pure love and passion for the art-form, the culture, HIP-HOP! You’re seeing an artist that gave his craft absolutely everything. To this day, he’s still determined to create that next masterpiece, to inspire the next generation, to give whatever he has left to develop and evolve the art-form and culture. Take notes, kids.
Been a crazy fan of em since the day he introduced himself to the music industry. He been trough so much in a past couple years. And now he’s takin over this game.slimshady4life

Most of the earlier interviews, his eyes are totally shot. High as a kite. He said himself that he doesn't remember a lot of his earlier concerts because he was so gone. I'm glad he's doing better now and can enjoy life.
Joey Bobby haha yes it’s kind of true XD I love blue eyes !!!
Ted bundy had “sweet eyes” lol tf

I also might think, that he's a minimalist, so with that, when he doesn't need to speak too much, he just doesn't 😇
@@krzysiekklb Maybe... I only meant that he's definitely not world's most lyrically gifted artist of all time. Minimalist rapper doesn't spread hatred toward his relatives (including rapping about murdering his wife in front of his beloved daughter, "who's a spitting image of her"), doesn't promote degenerate behavior, doesn't stir up controversy around his persona by acting like a clown, biting other famous people from entertainment industry and interfering in other rapper's beefs.

The joy has turned to pain

Then I woulda quit a long motherfucking time ago

I should go say that shit to Tech N9ne or to Jigga
Nobody said shit about 2 Chainz as long as he's been here, shit

I'm LL Cool J, Bigger and Deffer, that's how come (Uh)
I sell like four mil' when I put out a bad album (What?)
Revival flopped, came back and I scared the crap out 'em
But Rolling Stone stars, I get two and a half outta

Which actually made me not feel as bad now, 'cause
If it happened to James
It can happen to Shady
They do the same shit to Brady

I was the G, the O-A-T
Once I was played in rotation

They said that they hated the awake me
I lose the rage, I'm too tame
I get it back, they say I'm too angry
I need to get me some Dre beats
No, I should hook up with Tay Keith
Fans keep on pulling me one way
Haters pull me in another
Got more hooks in me than Swae Lee
'Bout to pick up some weights and lift 'til my tattoo of Hailie's face stretches
They said I'm just a whiner, I sound like a baby
I dish it out but can't take it
But I take it, dish it back out
And they get all bent out of shape
This shit's almost comical
Wait, and I meant no disrespect
I wasn't dissin' Tech, that was not a shot at 2 Chainz or to Jay-Z
They probably feel the same way because lately
Instead of us being credited for longevity
And being able to keep it up for this long at this level, we
Get told we'll never be what we were

I'm still twice as good as you'll ever be
