- After spending the last 35 years on a remote tropical island, Arnold Schwarzenegger makes his way to America in search of his long lost twin brother, Vincent (Danny DeVito).
Twins (1988): Superstars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito team up for twice the laughs in this hilarious box-office blockbuster from director Ivan Reitman (Ghostbusters). An ambitious genetic experiment takes the wrong turn when two twins - who look nothing alike - are born and then separated. Years later, the unlikely siblings meet: Julius, a highly educated but sheltered giant with a big heart, and Vincent, a pint-sized hustler with an insatiable lust for women and money. With girlfriends in tow and a hitman on their tail, the newfound brothers set off on a wild, cross-country misadventure to find their mother - but end up finding out more about themselves.

The scene with Stallone's Rambo poster... 😂
He actually had a rivalry with Stallone.
@@SuzannaKiraly Yeah, I've heard tell of that.
In Arnold's movie "Last Action Hero", there's a scene in a video store where him and the kid stop at a cutout of T-2 Judgement Day, but it features Stallone sitting on the motorcycle brandishing the iconic shotgun...Arnold then goes on to say, "He was fantastic, it was his greatest performance ever."😆😆
The funny thing is, I just rewatched the movie and in the "special thanks" section, they mention Sylvester Stallone, so I guess he was okay with it.
Airport security in the 80s and 90s when you could take anyone to the gate and say goodbye and you can see the airplane take off.
A more civilized time.
19 hijackers ruined that!!
Thanks Osama!
CANT agree more with you
80s America Was the best
Well
All the past
From the 21th century onwards
Country’s gone downhill
@@mikeef747hijackers existed even before that. They learned from the Soviets
The pavement was his enemy 😂
In this movie Arnold and the scenery is adorable. Nice old America....
The way Arnold showed concern for that potential thief by making sure he was ok. Faith in humanity is restored.
The pavement was his enemy.
I think it's less about him checking on the thief and more about him not realizing the guy was a thief. Since he didn't understand the culture in the US, he probably didn't realize they were trying to set him up to rob him.
0:11 I just loved flight attendants back then!
Arnold became a US citizen five years earlier and he had a passion in America since mid-70s.
1:10 my man couldn't stay in character once he saw Arnold.
If we look at it in character, I think he's just happy being thanked for the food. I imagine most hard working cooks/servers appreciate hearing that from fellow customers (I'm probably just overthinking a simple off-script moment lol, but it's nice to look at it that way).
LOL at the Rambo comparison- a long running feud between them
The Terminator forgets his mission
Negative. My mission is to protect you.
Good times 70’s and 80’s babies
Yes 😢
@@senoranderson5140 the music was good, the women had class simple times
👀👀
Population expanded and reaching the threshold of danger
Before 90 less than 5 billion but now 8 billion
Julius got surprised to see this amazing country. The clothes, the stores, and the food.
Don’t forget the women
Nowadays the US may impress only people from really poor and undeveloped countries. But even they, after a short time, are disgusted.
The early and late 80s must have been an awesome time to grow up in, can someone confirm?
**
I confirm 100%
Arnold Schwarzenegger walks on a plane and people start singing Take Out The Papers and The Trash would be so funny.
Not as funny as Arnold breaking a passenger's neck, then saying:
" Don't Disturb My Friend-He's Dead Tired! "
😀😀😀
@@mck1972 Come on sir/madam keep it funny and everyone living 😂
For some one who never heard that type of music before. He certainly knows all the words. I have heard that song many times, and I don't know that much.
I still sing with the Ah-nold accent whenever I hear "Yakity-Yak".
Of course he was going to poke fun at Sylvester Stallone; they were big time rivals.
And the fact is they're friends for decades who just like making fun of each other.
Motor 🏍️ scene is awesone 😂😂😂😂😂
Imagine being a man that gets a women flight attendant at 0:16 to not yell or berate you. But show you how hot she is in your face (even arnold in the scene was like omg how long do I look for before it becomes creepy) and say something as simple and flirty as I knew you were trouble second I laid my eyes on you.. lmao.
He shoulda pretended to be French or Italian. Then, it's not creepy. It's just being French or Italian.
Great acting by Arnie. He managed a whole 3 seconds looking the stewardess in the eye before he checked out her cleavage.
I got to watch it again. It's been a while since I seen it.
It's finally available on Blu-ray. I just recently bought it. Nice to finally see it in widescreen again (the DVD was only ever available in full screen). Not much bonus features, but there's a nice interview with Ivan Reitman from 2020.
he forgot his clothes, his boots and his motorcycle
Basically what it looked like when Arnie arrived to Hollywood!
Tries to grab Arnie's briefcase (big mistake) and gets pulled off the motor bike because his grip is not as strong.
The robber almost stole his briefcase, but julius arm was so strong that he knocked him down.
Really???? and you figured that out all by yourself? 😯😯
lmao. Wow a play by play of the scene. Amazing. On another note it was setting up that he could defend his brother who was half as tall as him and weak af and a criminal. Total opposite of him.
Thanks for explaining. I didn't get that from watching the video 🙄
thanks captain obvious.
Yes and water is wet fire is hot grass is green and the sky is blue.
Honestly you have to question a thief who thinks it is a great idea to rob a bodybuilder
My first Arnie movie.
Fantastic movie
He was looking.
Goodness they don't make flight attendants like that anymore
Yakkety yak!!
wow.. a channel with 1.8 mill subs.... and this video has 17k views after 3 months. wtf and that is waf..... this movie was great kid should experience it.
The way he falls on the pavement. Ouch.
1:55❤
I never got why he would have this accent - he spent his entire life on a remote island with only one other guy, who DOESNT have an accent :D
🎉🎉
А что за модель самолёта кстати,с двигателем в хвосте?
Крутой фильм) В детстве у бабушки на одной кассете были записаны 2 фильма, этот и"Полицейский в детском саду", каждый день почти их пересматривал))
0:16 (oYo)
Take out the papers....take out the papers....take out the papers.....
he was looking for his twin but at :17 he found some twins that were better
They don't make good movies like thus anymore
I did nothing, pavement was his enemy.
Where are the homeless?
It's actually funny when thugs are stupid.
What are you listening to? Uh a pickup artist on how to pick up blondes.
America isnt as great anymore
These scene are not from Twins. Different movie. Change your title.
Ummm yes they are? What movie do YOU think they come from?
@rhm3408 ...not Twins that's for sure.

It is from twins you dope.
@@michaelbruvolt4221 LOL!😂😅 Not red heat.
@johnm84 uh-oh. I guess I am a dope. This whole time I was mixing up "Twins' with 'Kindrgarten Cop'.
My bad. That was a major brain fart.
Please show mercy 🥺
